Hello to the world

oops, so i had just spent the last hour writing a intro on myself and why I am doing this blog and accidently deleted it before i posted it. so here is the condensed version.

I need to stop my insane behavior. I have been wanting to lose weight for 11 years. When I was married I weighed 155lbs and wanted lose 20lbs then, now it's 11 years later and I am 80lbs heavier! Hello, what is wrong with me? I am a classic yo-yo dieter, however I think I just gave up over the last year. Untill this past week I hadn't weighed myself for almost a year. I am hoping that writing this blog helps me stay focused. I am notorious for starting off a new diet and excersice routine , being really good for first 2 weeks and then I trail off to nothing. I need to stick with it to lose my goal of 100lbs.
