prep work
so tomorrow i am going to buy some small containers so i prepare and pack my food. i am always running late so I need to have everything ready to go for the day. preperation is going to be a big key to my sucess.

The goal
I want to lose 100 lbs. in 1 year, I want to weigh 135lbs by December 1, 2010. So begining December n 1, 2009 I will begin my pursuit to health, happiness and well-being. This blog will document my journey to joy.
So here's why it's desperately time for me to do something about my obesity. I am only 30 and suffer from ankle, knee problems. Some mysterious pain in my left hip, tmj (irritated by my stress), can't run anymore, feel miserable, hard to get out of bed, getting aches and pain every morning, have heel spurs, and tired most of the time. I'm only 30 I shouldn't feel this way, the good news it's that it is fixable. I just need to stay focused and determined.

oops, so i had just spent the last hour writing a intro on myself and why I am doing this blog and accidently deleted it before i posted it. so here is the condensed version.
I need to stop my insane behavior. I have been wanting to lose weight for 11 years. When I was married I weighed 155lbs and wanted lose 20lbs then, now it's 11 years later and I am 80lbs heavier! Hello, what is wrong with me? I am a classic yo-yo dieter, however I think I just gave up over the last year. Untill this past week I hadn't weighed myself for almost a year. I am hoping that writing this blog helps me stay focused. I am notorious for starting off a new diet and excersice routine , being really good for first 2 weeks and then I trail off to nothing. I need to stick with it to lose my goal of 100lbs.
